Class Refund Policy

1. Refunds are granted for cancellations made a minimum of 5 days prior to the initial class.
2. Cancellations within 4 days of a class result in 50% account credit.
3. No refunds, account credits, or make-up classes for same-day or retroactive cancellations.
4. Individual missed classes within a series are not eligible for refunds or make-up sessions.
5. Currently, POT does not facilitate returns or provide refunds for POTSHOP purchases.

Merch Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

You can return your item in person at POT Gardens, or choose to mail it back. If mailing, customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Refunds are issued after the item has been received, inspected, and approved for return. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
