from 232 reviewsFirst time attendee and I thoroughly enjoyed the class. The instructor was engaging and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere. Will be back again.
I've attended a handful of POT classes and it's always a fun time. The people and space is welcoming. Love it here!
I just finished my 4 week Wheel 1 class with Clarke. I learned so much about clay and would do it again. Can't wait to see my glazed pieces!
Ollin is a super talented teacher -- I really improved with his guidance. He goes slowly and ensures everyone is on the same stage at the beginning, and then lets you go. Studio has great vibes and we got to try new techniques!
Ebony was the best teacher I could ever ask for. I learned so much about hand building and more importantly how to enjoy the creative process and working with the “imperfections” of your pieces that make them unique and one of a kind. If you’re an anxious self taught artist like myself, I highly recommend all of the classes at pot. I’ve tried other pottery studios and none have been as inclusive and warm as the mid city location
I've taken Wheel 1 and 2 with Angel a few times. And every time I take their class, I learn something new, improve my skills, and have a good time doing it. Their patience and encouragement are key. If you ever add a wheel 3 class and Angel is teaching, I'm in!
I had a wonderful experience in pottery with ollin, thanks for everything POT!
I buy these classes for my mom, a monolingual Spanish speaking senior. She has felt so welcomed and comfortable that I am looking for a 4-6wk class for her. She has been there twice and absolutely loves it!
I had a great time during the pottery session. We had all the tools necessary and we were also guided from the start how everything works.
Loved Liz’s class! She’s amazing and I learned so many new things, despite having taken ceramics classes before. Cannot recommend it enough!
This was my first time trying pottery. It was very fun and the instructor was super friendly! Highly recommend.
This class was so wonderful! It reminded me how much I love the slow, unique nature of hand building.
First timer and went solo, very pleasant experience! Enjoyed the instructor and their style—very fun, educational, helpful, encouraged creativity with just enough structure. And got my email alert to pickup on time as promised!
Highly recommend this sculpting series! Adesina is a great instructor, she made me feel confident in my work while providing constructive feedback. She walks you through the process, starting from basic shapes and going into details. The class atmosphere is so relaxing and fun. The models were all great and I enjoyed hearing all their stories. I learned so much from Adesina and I will definitely be going back to continue to learn from her.
Angel was a hip and open minded ceramics teacher! Love my (going to be) 6 weeks of ceramics class - very therapeutic, creative, fun and makes you be present! I’d probably go onto the next class series when I’m ready for a weekly hobby-commitment :)
