Teen Winter Camp (Ages 12 - 17)

This 5 day Teen Winter Pottery Camp  is for ages 12-17, and includes both wheel throwing and handbuilding. Students will develop a strong pottery foundation, and by the end of the week will have created a collection of their own pottery. 

Pottery is a great break from screens, and a healthy creative outlet in the natural world that can be carried into adulthood. It puts kids in touch with the earth and pulls them off screens. We provide an inclusive space where they feel supported in exploring their creativity and identity through clay.

Please Note: This is a screen free space. Kids will be working on ceramics the entire time (with a snack break), so this camp is best suited for youth who enjoy working on more focused tasks and learning in a structured environment. More active learners who need frequent movement or stimulation may thrive better in different settings, and we want every student to feel at ease in their learning space.
