Wheel 1 Extendo is our 6-week introductory wheel throwing class series for people with no experience. Its the same as Wheel 1 but with 2 additional classes to learn & practice.
We'll take you step-by-step through the fundamentals of making ceramics on the potters wheel with focused instruction on every part of the process.
This series offers more instruction, more practice time, and more pieces to take home. For those who want to learn how to throw independently or be a member one day. You'll keep your own set of ceramics!
The Info:
- Level 1: No experience required
- Each class is 2 hours
- Ages 13+. Ages 13-17 need to sign up with an adult.
- All materials, firing and glazing included to take home pieces.
- Pay in installments: payment plans accepted at checkout

It's been great having a dedicated time to practice what I learned in the intro class. There were plenty of time to honing each skill like shaping and trimming. Angel's been great in helping us along the way. The best part if we get to bring back quite a few pieces we made.
So grateful this space exists to offer affordable pricing and a kind, nonjudgmental introduction to throwing on the wheel. Really loved my classes with Clarke and highly recommend. 6 weeks flew by!

Had a blast with Aram in the 6 week wheel extendo class. He was so patient and kind and it was just a really good vibe all around! 10/10 would recommend!
Angel was a hip and open minded ceramics teacher! Love my (going to be) 6 weeks of ceramics class - very therapeutic, creative, fun and makes you be present! I’d probably go onto the next class series when I’m ready for a weekly hobby-commitment :)
